Working with Berg & Associates for a period of six months, we developed the "Crisis Communications Center" or "CCC" for short. CCC is a multi-tenant, progressive web application that allows Berg's staff to interactively build step-by-step checklists for specific communications scenarios (e.g. a data security breach). Checklists are composed of assignable action items, organized into linear steps that are assigned to members of the client's communications team. Action items can be associated with communications templates and other resources relevant to the step (e.g. sending an internal email, or posting a public tweet) and a custom templating system allows Berg's staff to insert placeholders into their communcations that are populated when the template is used.
